Eight 2.0.0 submitted to store certification.

Eight version 2.0.0 has been submitted to Nokia store certification. Feature which will be included in version 2.0.0:
- shortcuts to all applications
- updated menu key handling when screen is locked
- application hiding in task manager
- updated storing of tiles layout
- updated application settings
- staying in foreground after red key press
- improved scrolling of shortcuts list
- selecting calendar for showing events
- unloading fonts when application is in background (camera problem workaround)
